  • Speak to the team and we will see what we can do! We aways try to be as flexible with our drinks offerings.

  • Our team is loyal to The Cart Shed and its likely they have worked many weddings and events before! There will be a bar supervisor onsite. We staff the bar accordingly to guest numbers making sure we provide you with fantastic and quick service.

  • You can book the bar by contacting the team at eventteam@the-cartshed.co.uk We ask for a non-refundable booking fee along with a signed copy of our Booking Form and Terms & Conditions. Once we have these, your date is reserved in our diary!

  • Our minimum guest count is 70 day guests.

  • We include travel within a 25-mile radius of our base at HU17. If your venue is further afield, we’ll provide a quote based on mileage and travel time.

  • You may require a TENS notice and we will manage this and all licenses required.

  • No, we must be the sole provider of your drinks service.

  • Yes, we remove all of our own waste from behind the bar.

    We cannot clear tables or take other wedding waste away with us.

  • The bar opening times will be specific to each event and will be confirmed prior to the event. Extended hours can be arranged for an additional cost, and subject to licensing restrictions.

  • We require access to set up the day before the event and will take down the bar set up the day after the event.

  • We need a minimum of 3.6m x 3m square for bar service.
