Your Catering Journey with The Cart Shed Catering
Planning an event should be exciting, not overwhelming. To help make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we've outlined the key stages of working with The Cart Shed Catering, from your initial enquiry through to your special day.
1. Explore Our Menus
Start by browsing The Cart Shed Catering brochure and exploring our range of menus and catering options.
If you're unsure which menu would suit your event best, don't worry. Simply get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to answer your questions and guide you through the options available.
2. Receive Your Bespoke Quote
Once you have an idea of the style of catering you're looking for, we'll provide you with a personalised quotation based on your requirements.
You'll have the opportunity to review the quote, ask questions and make any amendments before moving forward.
In the meantime, keep an eye on our social media channels and wedding fairs, where you may have the opportunity to meet the team and sample some of our delicious food.
3. Planning Meeting
When you've decided that The Cart Shed Catering is the right fit choice for your event, we will arrange a meeting with yourself and a member of our team.
During this meeting, we'll discuss your event in detail, including guest numbers, timings, menu choices and any specific requirements. This allows us to begin building a clear plan for your event.
4. Secure Your Booking
Following your meeting, we will send you a proposal outlining everything discussed, along with a contract and booking fee details.
Once the booking fee has been paid and the required paperwork has been completed, your date will be officially secured in our diary.
No further payments will be required until eight weeks before your event.
5. Final Details
With your booking secured, you can relax knowing your catering is in safe hands.
As your event approaches, you'll need to finalise your guest numbers, menu selections and any dietary requirements or allergies. Once you have this information, we'll arrange your final planning meeting approximately six weeks before your event.
6. Final Invoice & Event Day
Once all final details have been confirmed, we'll issue your final invoice, which is due eight weeks before your event.
From that point onwards, you can focus on enjoying the excitement of your special occasion, confident that everything is in place.
We'll take care of the rest and look forward to helping make your event truly memorable.
