This contract for the services of The Cart Shed Catering (“Contract”) is made between The Cart Shed Catering 2020 Limited, Long Lane, Beverley, HU17 0RN (“The Cart Shed Catering/we”) and you the Client whose particulars are set out below, whereby The Cart Shed Catering agrees to provide, and you agree to hire, the service of The Cart Shed Catering and the provision of Options and Services specified below in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
As Client one, you acknowledge that by accepting this contract, you do so on behalf of both Client One and Client Two and are both liable as specified in this document.
Emergency Contact:
The name, address, phone, and email of an emergency contact, who will be reachable and available the day of your event, must be provided 8 weeks before your event. An email will be sent 10 weeks before your event requesting this information, please reply with the required information.
Dietary Requirements: all guest dietary requirements and allergies must be listed on your guest list within the online planning portal, due no later than 12 weeks before your event date.
Guest Numbers: Approximately {{mainEstimatedAdults}} daytime adults, {{mainEstimatedKids}} daytime children, {{mainEstimatedInfants}} daytime infants and {{additionalEveningEstimatedAdults}} additional evening adults, {{additionalEveningEstimatedKids}} additional evening children, and {{additionalEveningEstimatedInfants}} additional evening infants.
Final guest numbers are due as part of the guest list (with dietary requirements and allergies), no later than 8 weeks before your event date.
This contract for the services of The Cart Shed Catering (“Contract”) is made between The Cart Shed Catering 2020 Limited, Long Lane, Beverley, HU17 0RN (“The Cart Shed Catering/we”) and you the Client whose particulars are set out below, whereby The Cart Shed Catering agrees to provide, and you agree to hire, the service of The Cart Shed Catering and the provision of Options and Services specified below in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Remaining balance: The remaining balance will be invoiced 8 weeks before your event day, due no later than 7 weeks before your event date.
Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT
These are the Terms and Conditions under which The Cart Shed Catering shall supply use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services to you.
Please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you sign and submit your Order. You must initial the boxes at the bottom of each page before you sign and submit your Order. If you think that there is a mistake or require any changes, please contact the Event Manager at eventteam@the-cartshed.co.uk.
Definitions
Booking Fee: the Non Refundable Fees as set out in the Booking Form to secure your booking. In the event that The Cart Shed Catering shall, at its sole discretion, determine that a site visit is required, the visit will be charged to you at the then current rate applicable, payable in addition to the standard booking fee.
Booking Form: the form of particulars at the front of these Terms and Conditions.
Contract: the contract to be entered into with us for the supply of the use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services in accordance with the Booking Form and these Terms and Conditions.
Damage Amount: the amount required to cover any damage, repairs, expenses or losses caused by you or your guests. Any such sum will be subject to VAT and will be invoiced directly to you for immediate payment.
Date of Hire: the date agreed by The Cart Shed Catering and you as set out in the Booking Form.
Event: the event or function for which you require the Services, as specified in the Booking Form.
Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control: is defined in clause 9.
Event Manager: your main point of contact assigned by The Cart Shed Catering.
Final Balance: the amount set out in the invoice sent to you 8 weeks prior to the event..
12 week meeting: the meeting conducted by telephone or in person between you and the Event Manager held 12 weeks prior to the Date of Hire.
Hire Period: the period of food service by The Cart Shed Catering on the Date of Hire.
Non Refundable Fees: the Booking Fee.
Order: your order to hire The Cart Shed, Options and/or Services as set out in the Booking Form.
Options: means the optional extras (if any) set out in the Booking Form.
Services: the supply of goods, consumables and any additional services or equipment on the Date of Hire, as set out in the Booking Form. For the avoidance of doubt, the Services are provided using only disposable materials.
Terms and Conditions: the terms and conditions set out in this document.
Venue: the property, or area or rooms within the property, at which the Services are to be provided, as specified in the Booking Form.
Words with capital letters that are not set out above but that are listed in the Booking Form shall have the meaning set out in the Booking Form and such meaning shall apply to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms
What these terms cover. These are the Terms and Conditions on which The Cart Shed Catering will supply the use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services to you.
Why you should read them. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you submit your Order to The Cart Shed Catering. These terms tell you who The Cart Shed Catering is, how The Cart Shed Catering will provide use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services to you, how you and The Cart Shed Catering may change or end the Contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
Information about The Cart Shed Catering and how to contact us
Who The Cart Shed Catering is. The Cart Shed Catering is The Cart Shed Catering 2020 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our Company registration number is 12741842 and we are registered for VAT under number 453202724 (referred to as “The Cart Shed Catering” in these Terms and Conditions).
How to contact The Cart Shed Catering. You can contact us by writing to The Cart Shed Catering at Office F1, Beverley Enterprise Centre, Beck View Road, Beverley HU17 0JT or emailing us at catering@the-cartshed.co.uk
How The Cart Shed Catering may contact you. If The Cart Shed Catering need to contact you, The Cart Shed Catering will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in the Booking Form.
The Cart Shed Catering’s Contract with you
Submitting your Order. When you sign and submit the Order to The Cart Shed Catering, this does not mean that we have accepted your Order for use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options or Services.
How we will accept your Order. The Cart Shed Catering’s acceptance of your Order will take place when we issue you with The Cart Shed Catering’s signed counterpart of this Contract. At this point, the Terms and Conditions will become binding on you and The Cart Shed Catering.
If we are unable to accept your Order. If we are unable to supply you with use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services, we will inform you of this in writing and we will not process the Order. This might be because of unexpected limits on The Cart Shed Catering’s resources which we could not reasonably plan for or because we have identified an error in the price or description for the use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services.
Entire agreement. This Contract together with the Food Release Form attached constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Cart Shed Catering in relation to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty made or given by or on behalf of The Cart Shed Catering which is not set out in this Contract.
Variation. Except as set out in these Terms and Conditions, no variation of the Contract, including the introduction of any additional terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is agreed in writing and signed by The Cart Shed Catering.
Your rights to make changes
If you wish to make a change to your Order please contact The Cart Shed Catering. Except with regard to postponement of the Event, you may make a change to your Order for use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services up to eight weeks prior to the Date of Hire, by contacting The Cart Shed Catering. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes in the total price of hiring The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services by email. If it is not possible, you can choose to cancel the Order in accordance with clause 13.
If you wish to Cancel your Order. If you wish to cancel your Order before it has been fulfilled, please see your right to do so in clause 13.
The Cart Shed Catering’s rights to make changes
Changes to these Terms and Conditions. We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
We will inform you of changes to these Terms and Conditions. If we have to revise these Terms and Conditions under clause 6.1, we will give you at least one month's written notice of any changes to these Terms and Conditions before they take effect. During this period of notice you can choose to cancel the contract if clause 12.2 applies.
Regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to amend the terms in which we supply use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services to you to comply with any applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
Your obligations to The Cart Shed Catering
The Customer shall, at its cost:
(i) ensure that the terms of the Booking Form are complete and accurate;
(ii) provide The Cart Shed Catering with such information and assistance as we may reasonably require to supply the Services, and ensure that that information is and remains complete and accurate in all material respects;
provide The Cart Shed Catering and The Cart Shed Catering’s staff with access to the Venue on the Date of Hire no fewer than 6 hours before the Event's scheduled start time to enable The Cart Shed Catering to prepare for the provision of the Services;
(iv) ensure that The Cart Shed Catering’s staff can enter and leave the Venue on the Date of Hire without undue restriction and provide The Cart Shed Catering with any necessary security passes and the use of parking space or parking permits for the duration of the Event and the 6 hours before and after its scheduled start time and finish times;
provide The Cart Shed Catering’s staff with unrestricted and uninterrupted access to:
cooking and preparation facilities;
toilet facilities;
running hot and cold water and clean drinking water;
supplies of heating, lighting, electricity and gas;
waste disposal facilities;
first aid and fire-fighting equipment; and
any other equipment that it is agreed that you will provide to The Cart Shed Catering for use in connection with the provision of the Services;
ensure that the Venue is kept safe, clean and ventilated on the Date of Hire and that smoking is not permitted at the Venue on the Date of Hire;
ensure that all licences, permissions and consents which are necessary for the provision of the Services at the Venue are in place for the duration of the Event; and
store any equipment, documents or other property belonging to The Cart Shed Catering that we reasonably need to store at the Venue in safe custody at your own risk and not dispose of or use that property other than in accordance with The Cart Shed Catering’s written instructions or authorisation.
The Customer will also be responsible for the payment of The Cart Shed Catering’s travel costs for all journeys required in connection with the provision of the Services at the rate specified by The Cart Shed Catering from time to time.
Drinks and Bar Service
You must provide a suitable covered area of at least 4m x 4m with adequate lighting together with a 16amp power supply and potable water supply. A site visit will be required and The Cart Shed Catering have the right to decline to provide a Drinks and Bar Service if The Cart Shed catering believes in its sole discretion that the space tendered is not suitable. The Cart Shed Catering staff will only serve alcohol bought onto site by The Cart Shed Catering. Other alcohol brought onsite is not permitted in The Cart Shed Catering glassware. Any glassware belonging to The Cart Shed Catering that is damaged or broken will be charged for after the event together with any other after event costs including extra bartending hours, missing glassware or stock, and loss or damage to The Cart Shed Catering bars and equipment. All such additional charges are due and payable in full within 7 days after the date of invoice.
You must inform The Cart Shed Catering at the time of booking if there is any particular drink that is materially more popular with your guests in order that The Cart Shed Catering can accommodate that preference.
The Cart Shed Catering holds the appropriate licenses and is required by law to operate a Challenge 25 policy. Pursuant to that policy The Cart Shed Catering staff have the right to ask any of your guests for evidence of age and identity as a condition precedent to serving that guest with alcohol and to refuse to serve with alcohol anyone who, in the sole opinion of The Cart Shed Catering’s staff, exhibits signs of intoxication.
7.3 Unless otherwise agreed between us in writing you will not engage any other person organisation or firm to provide catering services at the Venue on the Date of Hire.
7.4 Postponement
The Cart Shed Catering’s postponement policy. If you wish to postpone the Date of Hire, please contact The Cart Shed Catering. Postponement of an Event is only possible up to 24 weeks prior to the original date of the Event and with our consent. If we agree to the postponement, we may charge a postponement fee of a minimum of £300 plus any additional reasonable costs as we may determine. The postponement fee and all related costs must be paid in full before the postponed date becomes binding on The Cart Shed Catering.
Events Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of The Cart Shed Catering’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by an Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control.
What constitutes an Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control. An Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control means any act or event beyond The Cart Shed Catering’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, fire, storm, flooding, subsidence, pandemic or other natural disaster, Government restrictions, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, or defective or damaged goods supplied by manufacturers or suppliers.
7.6 If an Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control takes place.
If an Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control takes place that affects the performance of The Cart Shed Catering’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you.
Price and payment
Payment methods. We accept payment only by BACS payment.
b. Where to find the price. The price for use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services, will be supplied after confirmation of your final requirements at the 12 week meeting.
VAT Included. All payments stated on the Booking Form are inclusive of VAT. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Order and the Date of Hire, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for use of The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
Payments. You shall pay to The Cart Shed Catering:
the non-refundable Booking Fee in full on the date the Contract is entered into;
the Final Balance in full in accordance with the invoice sent to you 8 weeks prior to the Date of Hire. The invoice is payable in full not later than 7 weeks prior to the Date of Hire.
When the payments are due. All payments are stated as being of the essence and must be paid on the dates set out in these Terms and Conditions.
No set-off. All amounts due under the Contract shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding as required by law).
Joint and several liability. Unless expressly provided otherwise, where there is more than one person described as the Client in this Contract each shall be jointly and severally liable for their obligations under this Contract.
The Cart Shed Catering’s rights to end the Contract
We may have to cancel an Order due to an Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control. We may have to cancel an Order before the Date of Hire for the Services or before use of The Cart Shed Catering or Options are supplied, due to an Event Outside The Cart Shed Catering’s Control or the unavailability of stock or key personnel or key materials without which we cannot provide use of The Cart Shed, Options and/or Services.
We may end the Contract if you break it. We may end the contract at any time by writing to you, if:
you do not make any payment to The Cart Shed Catering when it is due, and you still do not make payment within 14 days of The Cart Shed Catering reminding you that payment is due;
you do not, within a reasonable time of The Cart Shed Catering asking for it, provide The Cart Shed Catering with information that is necessary for The Cart Shed Catering to supply The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services to you;
the Order, in The Cart Shed Catering’s opinion, would prejudice the reputation of The Cart Shed Catering in any way;
insufficient catering is ordered, which would prejudice the reputation of The Cart Shed Catering ;
You must compensate The Cart Shed Catering if you break the Contract. If we end the Contract in the situations set out in clause 12.2 we may retain any Non Refundable Fees as reasonable compensation of the net costs we will incur as a result of you breaking the Contract.
Your rights to end the Contract
You may end the Contract any time before the Date of Hire. Any cancellations must be made in writing and sent via recorded delivery to The Cart Shed Catering. However, in some circumstances, we may charge you for ending the Contract, as described in clause 13.3.
What happens if you have a good reason for ending the Contract. If you are ending the Contract for a reason set out in this clause 13.2, the Contract will end immediately and we will refund your Booking Fee in full. The relevant reasons are:
it is within 14 days of the date in which the Contract was entered into;
we have told you about an upcoming change to The Cart Shed Catering, Options and/or Services or these Terms and Conditions which you do not agree to; or
we have told you about an error in the price or description of your Order, and you do not wish to proceed.
What happens if you end the Contract without a good reason. If you are not ending the Contract for one of the reasons set out in clause 13.2, the Contract will end immediately, and we will retain any Non Refundable Fees paid by you and charge the following Cancellation Charges:
50% of the final balance if you end the Contract less than eight weeks prior to date of hire
100% of the final balance if you end the Contract less than four weeks prior to date of hire
Damages
You are responsible for any damage, repairs, expenses or losses suffered by The Cart Shed Catering as a result of any breach of this contract not wholly caused by The Cart Shed Catering and you will be invoiced for all such loss or damage suffered by The Cart Shed Catering as soon as the amount of such loss or damage has been determined. If you have signed in the name of a corporation, partnership, association, club or society, you represent and warrant to The Cart Shed Catering that you have full authority to sign such contract and, in the event you are not so authorised, you will personally be liable to The Cart Shed Catering for such loss or damage.
The Cart Shed Catering’s liability to you
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by The Cart Shed Catering. If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of The Cart Shed Catering’s breach of the Terms and Conditions or The Cart Shed Catering’s negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the Contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with The Cart Shed Catering during the sales process.
Scope of limitations. We do not exclude or limit in any way The Cart Shed Catering’s liability for:
death or personal injury caused by The Cart Shed Catering’s negligence or the negligence of The Cart Shed Catering’s employees, agents or subcontractors;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
breach of the terms implied by sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Liability is limited. The Cart Shed Catering accept no liability under any claim whatsoever arising (be it by negligence or otherwise) for any loss over the figure of the existing The Cart Shed Catering Public Liability Limit of Indemnity. Note that this figure which may change from time to time, and is available upon request together with a copy of The Cart Shed Catering’s Certificate.
Health and safety
Treat The Cart Shed Catering’s staff with respect. You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your guests. Inappropriate, offensive or threatening behaviour towards any member of The Cart Shed Catering’s staff may result in the Event Manager requiring you to remove the person responsible from the Venue, or in extreme circumstances, result in the early cessation of service.
Treat The Cart Shed Catering’s equipment with respect. You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your guests. Inappropriate behaviour or actions by any person in or around The Cart Shed Catering’s equipment may result in the Event Manager requiring you to remove the person responsible from the Venue, or in extreme circumstances, result in the early cessation of service.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies. The Cart Shed Catering will endeavour to provide suitable adaptions to The Cart Shed Catering’s food for any guests with dietary requirements or specific allergies. We cannot take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance at your 12 week meeting.
Order Numbers
The Cart Shed Catering has minimum order numbers. You must inform the Event Manager of the number of guests attending your event when you place your Order. A minimum order number exists for most food options.
Confirming number of guests. You will be required to confirm final guest numbers at your 12 week meeting. After final numbers have been confirmed we are happy to accept any increases in requirements however no reduction will be possible.
Other important terms
If a court finds part of this Contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Even if we delay in enforcing this Contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms and Conditions, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this Contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things or prevent The Cart Shed Catering taking steps against you at a later date.
Which laws apply to this Contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract its subject matter or formation.

11. Hire Period: the period of bar service by The Cart Shed Catering on the Date of Hire.
12. Non-Refundable Fees: the Booking Fee.
13. Terms and Conditions: the terms and conditions set out in this document.
14. Venue: the property, or area or rooms within the property, at which the Services are to be provided, as specified in the Booking Form.
1. Quotes and Bookings
1.1 All quotations provided by The Cart Shed Catering Bar are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change after this period.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of accepting a quote to confirm the booking. Bookings are not secured until this contract and the deposit has been received.
1.3 The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the event date. If payment is not received by this time and no credit terms have been pre-agreed in writing, The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking, and no services will be provided.
2. Post-Event Charges
2.1 Any additional charges incurred during the event, including (but not limited to) extra bartending hours, additional stock, broken or missing glassware, and damage to bar structures or equipment, must be paid within 7 days following the event.
2.2 Glassware; Our services are provided in plastic glass wear unless otherwise agreed. Broken or missing glasses will be charged at £3.00 per glass. Clients are responsible for all hired equipment and glassware from the time of delivery to collection.
2.3 Any damage to bars, tools, or other equipment will be assessed, and appropriate repair or replacement charges will be invoiced.
3. Unlimited or All-Inclusive Events
3.1 Unlimited or all-inclusive bar services are offered at a pre-determined rate.
3.2 All stock remains the property of The Cart Shed Catering Bar, including excess supplies brought to ensure stock does not run out during the event.
3.3 If additional drinks or bar hours are required outside the contracted time, these will be invoiced post-event and are due within 7 days.
4. Logistics & Timing
4.1 Delivery and collection times are based on The Company’s logistics unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Any custom delivery or collection times may incur an additional fee.
4.2 The Client is responsible for providing full and accurate directions to the event venue no later than 7 days before the event. A site visit by The Cart Shed Catering Bar may be required prior to the event. Delays caused by incorrect or missing information will not be the responsibility of The Company.
4.3 If your event is a surprise, please inform The Company in advance.
4.4 Weather Conditions: Adverse weather may affect our ability to provide full services, particularly for outdoor events. We may ask you to provide a separate area, flooring or a tent for the bar services required. The Company is not liable for any disruption to service caused by extreme weather.
5. Drinks Menu & Preferences
5.1 Stocking for unlimited services is based on an internal formula refined through experience. While every effort is made to accommodate typical demand, one-off preferences may cause certain drinks to run out.
5.2 If your group has specific drink preferences, please inform us in writing at least 14 days before the event so we can adjust stock accordingly.
5.3 While we will make every effort to accommodate known allergies or dietary requirements, The Client must notify The Company in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. The Company is not liable for any allergic reactions where adequate information or notice has not been given.
6. Glassware & Cleaning
6.1 Glassware management includes ongoing cleaning and replenishing, as needed during the event.
6.2 If you have specific requests for glassware types or styles, these must be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
6.3 The Company requires enough space for glass cleaning.
7. Licensing & Responsible Service
7.1 The Cart Shed Catering Bar operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. All guests must present valid ID if requested.
7.2 The Client is responsible for the behaviour of all guests. Abuse, aggression, or unsafe behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in early termination of service, with no refund.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to request security personnel at the Client’s expense if deemed necessary due to the nature or size of the event.
7.4 The Company’s bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:
* Is under the legal drinking age
* Cannot provide valid ID upon request
* Appears intoxicated or is acting inappropriately
7.5 Non-alcoholic options will be available as alternatives.
8. Staff Welfare
8.1 At events longer than 5 hours, we kindly request that a food and refreshment area be made available to staff. If this is not possible, The Client must notify The Company at least 7 days prior so that we may provide our own arrangements.
8.2 In the event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, supply chain issues, staff absences), The Company reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or adjustments to services, with notice to The Client where possible.
9. Liability and Insurance
9.1 The Cart Shed Catering Bar holds public liability insurance for all events.
9.2 The Client is responsible for the safe environment of the event, including safe access, appropriate lighting, and shelter (for outdoor events).
9.3 The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the Client's or guests' negligence or actions.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 The Cart Shed Catering Bar shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including (but not limited to): acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, transport issues, or illness.
10.2 In the event of force majeure (see Clause 10), The Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, all payments excluding the non-refundable Booking Fee may be returned at The Company’s discretion, minus any costs already incurred.
10.3 This contract is governed under UK law.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
11.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to: eventteam@the-cartshed.co.uk. The Booking Fee of £1000 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
11.2 If cancellation occurs after the Booking Fee is paid, the following charges will apply based on the number of weeks prior to the Date of Hire:
More than 12 weeks: No further charges (Booking Fee retained)
8–12 weeks: 50% of the total remaining balance is payable
Less than 8 weeks: 100% of the total balance is payable
11.3 If payment of the final balance is not received at least 28 days prior to the event, The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In such cases, no services will be provided, and the client will remain liable for the full amount.
11.4 Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of £100. If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy above will apply.
11.5 Event Outside The Company’s Control
11.6 In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, The Company reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue invoices.
11.7 Interest Rate
Interest will be charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until full payment is received.
11.8 In addition to interest, The Company may also charge a fixed late payment compensation.
11.9 If further action is required to recover unpaid amounts, the Client will be liable for any reasonable costs incurred by The Company in pursuing payment, including legal fees and debt collection agency charges.
12.1 Promotional Use
The Company may photograph or video its setup and staff during the event for use on its website, social media, or promotional materials. If The Client does not wish for any imagery to be used, this must be stated in writing before the event.
